A condition is expressed in German with help of “wenn” - if/when. Whenever you got a conditional clause, you can shorten it easily. E.g. instead of

A | Wenn man die Routine jedoch von der betriebswirtschaftlichen Seite betrachtet, (so*) fällt die Bilanz erstaunlich positiv aus.

you could write:

B | Betrachtet man die Routine jedoch von der betriebswirtschaftlichen Seite, (so*) fällt die Bilanz erstaunlich positiv aus.

If you take a look at the 2nd sentence, can you notice the change? Could you phrase a simple rule that describes the change?
Take a minute or two. It’s not that difficult (once you see it) but it’s very important that you actually make an effort and try to find that rule.

The little word *“so” is redundant and only serves as emphasis for the main clause. You NEVER have to use it yourself. Just notice it.
